What is Mental Health?

I think it's important to highlight what mental health is, and what good and bad mental health. COVID-19 threatens more than just our physiological health, but recognising the physiological cues that tell us our mental is suffering is also key. Lockdown means our recreations are now to an absolute minimum, we cannot get our social communication fix the way we used to, the uncertainty of the land means me never know where we really are.

Few things to remember, during times of uncertainty:

Create a schedule, a daily one.

Keep a journal of your moods.

Keep a gratitude diary.

Take cold showers to boost your immune system and promote motivation.

Find creative ways to keep communication high. Netflix viewing parties, online live social media sessions, virtual book clubs etc.
